Site Visit: There will be a trip to Letterkenny Army Depot mid-week of this meeting. This is the site where bobwhite will be reintroduced starting in 2024. We encourage everyone to come see the site.
There is a background check requirement to be admitted into Letterkenny Army Depot. The Visit Request form must be filled out at the time of registration. All information given will be sent directly to the Depot staff that regularly deals with this personal information.

Transportation and Parking:  Harrisburg International Airport (Airport code: MDT) is located about 6 miles from the Sheraton Harrisburg. The hotel offers a shuttle service to and from the airport, or it is conveniently close for ride share services. On site parking is available free of charge.
Poster Session: There will be a poster session during the social on the first night of the meeting. Abstracts will be accepted with registration. All posters should align with NBGI’s mission: A partnership to restore and maintain wild bobwhite quail, associated species, and their native habitats through science-based research and management to support healthy wildlife, soil, air, and water for the benefit of society.
